On the eve of crucial hearings about Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh's role in an alleged sexual assault, lawyer Michael Avenatti has tweeted out a court document outlining new allegations against Kavanaugh.

Avenatti, who first rose to fame for representing Stormy Daniels, had been teasing the announcement earlier this week, but his Wednesday morning tweets were nevertheless a surprise.
