Trump's branding of Stormy Daniels as "horseface" was as low as they come, but the stoush wasn't a surprise to Stephen Colbert on Tuesday night. 

"Yes, horseface. You heard it straight from the horse's ass," Colbert quipped.

The Late Show host opened his show with a breakdown of the internet battle which has come between the two personalities, which came to a head when Judge S. James Otero dismissed a defamation case filed by Daniels against Trump.

Otero said that the alleged defamatory tweet was simply "'rhetorical hyperbole' normally associated with politics and public discourse," and that it was protected by the First Amendment. Colbert wasn't so impressed. Read more...
